Insights on branding, market and business strategies

Take the lead

By mariopro February 8, 2007

It’s your time to get into the business! The house market business!
Oh, okay, you’re not a housing pro! Well, never mind since at “my currency” you can become an expert or at least gain the proper reputation on the market, contributing with blog posts, wikis and trading for the values you feel are the most correct.

After all, you belong to the crowd, to this special crowd that “my currency” call the “wisest crowd“. People like you can make a difference on the market values, especially if your reputation starts rocking high as your contributions are being valued by other members of the community.

The “pros”? Well, the pros seem to have also their role here and probably they’ll find, like you, that gaining currency couldn’t be so fun and simple like becoming part of the “my currency” crowd. It seems that this place will start gathering people around to start influencing the way the house business and markets behave.

Take my advice, take the lead, gain reputation, write about your perspectives on the business and house market and you’ll probably become an expert of your neighborhood or more, a person for who the crowd will take your wisdom in account when trading properties.

Your brand will be your reputation, the higher your reputation becomes, the stronger your brand will be. Your brand will be your username, a reference among the wisest of the crowds. Take the lead!

Oh! And when you see your head white… it doesn’t mean you’re old. It means you gained reputation!

Success demands a thorough market analysis with an accurate understanding of customers and competitors, both today and the market trends tomorrow. Marketers need to master the best practice tools and techniques which allow them to anticipate new customer needs, new niches and new market opportunities.

The paradigm of market research is shifting: in the old times, market researchers and other professionals seeking for customer information had good technical knowledge but lacked the ability to take a wider, anticipatory role. In the new world managers in charge of business to business market intelligence are required to be more ‘business aware’ and have higher personal, social and professional skills to really analyze, not just report their findings - thus adding more value.

Isn’t my currency a perfect tool for this?
