As of April 7th, the N-Judah will terminate at Embarcadero. Your path to the ballpark will be to swap trains at Church/Duboce and get on the J-Church (which will run to 4th/King) or to swap trains under Market Street (any station) to get on the T-Third (which will actually run you all the way out to the soon-to-be-defunct Candlestick/Monster Park).
